Ok, so it's still January and the temperature hasn't gone above 10 degrees for the past two weeks, BUT the Strictly Sail Chicago show is coming up and then it's only 2 months till Spring! The engine work has started with the fuel filter being replaced by a Yanmar spin-on 60gph fuel separator. The tune up won't happen until we get her in the water, either April or May. That depends on vacation approval at work. Either way, most of the upgrades should be done by then.
And the fun begins with putting the house up for sale and packing away the keepers, getting rid of everything else and starting to unpack the boat stuff.
Its amazing what you can fit into a smaller space! Living in a sailboat is going to be an adventure, if not at the least interesting.
